1. General betting requirements

You must be legally permitted to gamble before using betting or gaming services. You must meet the minimum legal age that applies in your location and comply with all laws relevant to your use of the website. Gambling is not available to people who are underage, self-excluded, restricted by law or otherwise not permitted to participate.

Page contents

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when registering and using your account. Information may be checked before an account is approved, before a transaction is processed, or at any other time where verification is required. You may be asked to provide documents or information that confirms your identity, age, address, payment method or source of funds.

An account must be used only by the person who registered it. You must keep your login details private and take reasonable steps to prevent another person from accessing your account. Do not allow anyone else to place bets, play games or make transactions through your account. You should notify the operator promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

  • One person should use only the account or accounts permitted under the applicable account rules.
  • Payments should be made using a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use.
  • You must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering or any other prohibited purpose.
  • You must not interfere with the website, manipulate a game or betting market, or use software intended to gain an unfair advantage.
  • You must provide truthful information and update it when it changes.

The operator may suspend, restrict or close an account where there is a suspected breach of these rules, a security concern, an unsuccessful verification process, prohibited activity or a legal or regulatory requirement. Any review will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and obligations.

2. Placing and accepting bets

A bet is generally created when you select the relevant market, game or wager type, enter the amount, review the displayed details and confirm the transaction. Before confirming, check the selection, price or odds, stake, potential return and any other information shown on the bet slip. Once submitted, a bet may not be changed or cancelled unless the applicable rules expressly allow it.

A bet is not necessarily accepted merely because it has been submitted or appears temporarily on screen. Acceptance may depend on account status, available funds, technical processing, market status and other checks. The final status of a bet is shown in your account or betting history. You should retain the relevant reference or confirmation details for your records.

The operator may refuse a bet, limit a bet, reject a transaction or cancel a bet where permitted by the applicable terms. This may occur if a market is closed, a technical fault affects the displayed information, a price is clearly incorrect, an event has already started, duplicate bets are created, an account is restricted, or a bet is placed in breach of these rules.

Errors, interruptions and duplicate transactions

You should not rely on a displayed price, balance or bet status until the transaction has been confirmed. If a technical error, communication failure or system fault affects a bet, the operator may review the transaction and correct or void it in line with the applicable rules. You must not knowingly take advantage of an obvious error or system problem.

If you believe a bet has been duplicated, recorded incorrectly or settled inconsistently with the displayed result, review your account history and raise the issue through the available support process. Keep a clear description of the event, the approximate time and any reference shown. Until the matter is reviewed, the account record and official settlement information may be treated as the current record.

  1. Select the event, game or market carefully.
  2. Review all selections and the proposed stake before confirming.
  3. Confirm that sufficient cleared funds are available.
  4. Wait for a confirmation or check the betting history.
  5. Do not attempt to place another bet simply because the first confirmation is delayed.

3. Sports and event betting

Where sports or event betting is offered, markets are settled using the official result or other source identified in the applicable market rules. The relevant result may include the result at the end of normal time, a result after extra time, a result including overtime, or another defined outcome. The settlement basis can differ between markets, so read the market description before placing a bet.

A market may be suspended or closed before, during or after an event. Events can also be postponed, abandoned, rescheduled or played at a different venue. The treatment of a bet in these circumstances depends on the market rules and the information available for that event. Some selections may remain valid while others may be cancelled or settled as void.

For markets based on a particular player, team, competitor or participant, rules may apply if that participant does not start, does not take part, withdraws or is replaced. In-play markets may be affected by a delay between the event and the information displayed online. You are responsible for checking whether a market is live and for reviewing any warnings or conditions shown before confirming a bet.

If a result is corrected, overturned or officially amended after initial settlement, the operator may update the settlement where permitted by the applicable rules. A result from an unofficial source may be provisional. The final settlement may depend on the governing competition, event organiser or other recognised result source.

Parlays, multiples and related selections

Multiple or combined bets are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of placement. A combination may not be available where selections are related, dependent on one another or otherwise excluded by the market rules. If a selection is void, the remaining selections may be treated according to the applicable rules for that bet type.

4. Casino and other games

Where casino, live casino or other games are available, each game is governed by its displayed rules and paytable. Before playing, check the objective, available options, stake settings, winning combinations, bonus features, result process and any conditions that apply. Game rules may differ between titles, even when the games appear similar.

A game result is determined by the game system and the relevant rules for that title. Results are not guaranteed, and previous outcomes do not influence future outcomes. You must not attempt to predict or manipulate a random result. A displayed win, loss or balance change may be subject to technical confirmation and account checks.

If a game stops, disconnects or displays an error, do not repeatedly submit the same action without checking your account history. The operator may investigate the game record and determine whether a round was completed, cancelled, returned or otherwise resolved under the game rules. The recorded game data may be used when reviewing a dispute.

Promotional offers, free plays or other incentives, where available, have separate conditions. Those conditions may include eligibility, qualifying activity, expiry, play-through requirements, restricted games or maximum conversion rules. Always read the specific offer terms before participating. If an offer conflicts with a general rule, the specific offer terms may apply to that offer only.

5. Settlement, balances and responsible play

Settled bets and game results are recorded in your account history. Any return shown is subject to the applicable settlement rules, verification requirements and lawful processing. A pending balance, displayed return or provisional result should not be treated as final until the relevant transaction has been settled and any required checks have been completed.

If a bet is cancelled or voided, the stake may be returned according to the applicable rules. A void result does not necessarily apply to every selection in a multiple bet. Different products can have different approaches to cancellations, dead heats, abandoned events, incorrect prices, interrupted games and amended results. The rules shown for the relevant product will determine the outcome.

You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget before you play and avoid chasing losses by increasing your stakes or gambling for longer than planned. Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to manage financial difficulty or earn regular income.

  • Take regular breaks and keep track of time and spending.
  • Do not gamble when affected by alcohol, drugs, stress or strong emotions.
  • Use available deposit, spending, session or other safer gambling tools where appropriate.
  • Consider a break, restriction or self-exclusion if gambling is becoming difficult to control.
  • Seek independent support if gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work or wellbeing.

These Betting Rules may be updated when products, systems, legal requirements or operating procedures change. The version published on the website at the relevant time will generally apply, subject to any rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be changed. If you do not understand a rule, do not place the bet until you have reviewed the available information or obtained clarification through the available support channels.
